Review Case Study 7.1 “Why does it Take Twice as Long to Document”. Thinking about this case study and Figure 7.3 and 7.4 what are your thoughts? Did you agree with the findings? Why or why not? What would you suggest to the CEO or the organization regarding this study?
Review Table 9.3 “Redesign Techniques”. Applying this to Case Study 9.2 “Clinically Relevant Duplication”, choose three of these steps and discuss why you feel they would have the most impact on the organization. Make sure to include in your discussion both the risks and rewards of each of your choices.

Lewin’s Change Theory helps prepare people for making changes and establishing change as a new way; but during that time all the stages of grief are often exhibited. Table 11.4 identifies the five stages of grief. Using this table, apply it to Case Study 11.1 “Consequences of Training without Workflow and Process Management”. Apply each of these 5 stages apply to the 11.1 Case Study, make sure to identify what could/should have been done differently to have achieved a more optimal outcome. Be sure to include your own thoughts as to whether or not you have experienced any of these actions within an organization and if you felt they were helpful or not. If not, what would have made you feel better about the changes taking place in the organization?
