A small power point presentation for the pleural audit

I need help with my audit. I prefer someone who is aware of the medical terms. I have a pleural audit that I am working on. The audit is about the pleural procedures ( pleural aspiration, chest drain insertion, etc.) and the consent form, which is taken prior to the procedures. Basically, the objective of the audit is to learn about the many complications listed in each consent form. From this audit, I can then create a general consent form with the complications listed in the literature. The data collection sheet I attached contains the different data needed. There are also 2 tables that analyze the data.

I need a small PowerPoint presentation for the audit as well as some tables, pie charts, or other samples that analyze the data.
