Advise Sarah on her course of action based on the Malaysian Employment Law

Sarah works as an accountant at Femperial Sdn Bhd. Her employer Liam, constantly compliments Sarah on the way she dresses and often stares at her body inappropriately. Liam has also tried to ask Sarah to go out on a date with him multiple times but she has politely declined all requests.

Later that year, she was reprimanded for poor performance by the Department of Human Resources.  She responded that this must have been caused by her refusal to become involved with Liam. Liam is stunned and denies doing or saying anything that could be construed as sexual harassment.
