Initial question: If you were submitting a solicited proposal to build a small shopping center, would you include as references the names and addresses of other clients for whom you recently built similar facilities? Where in the proposal would you include these references? Why?

Initial question: Would you rather (a) deliver an oral presentation to an external audience, (b) be interviewed for a news story that involves a serious accident at your company, or (c) make a presentation to a departmental meeting? Why? How do communication skills differ in those situations?
