The goal of this exercise is to conduct a cognitive walkthrough corresponding to the following scenario:
A good friend of yours has diabetes and she recently found that she is pregnant. She has asked you to help her find out more about the risks associated with pregnancy and diabetes. You decide to start with a Google Search. Use the following procedure:
- Search for the keywords: Pregnancy and Diabetes
- Identify a site that you think is reputable
- Click on the link and go the site
- Try to find some information of value
- Return to your Google search and find a second site and repeat step
Conduct a cognitive walkthrough noting the following:
- Goals
- Sub-goals
- Actions
- System responses
- Potential problems.
