In your paper address the following:

Create the customer satisfaction portion of your strategic plan.
Start with market segmentation, what type of customer is your target customer?
Explain how the customer will place an order, how the order will be delivered and how the process for complaints will be handled.
Include a title page and 3-5 references. Only one reference may be from the internet (not Wikipedia). The other references must be from the Grantham University online library.
