The paper is to be 15 pages (minimum) and double spaced lines with paragraphs indented (single space between sentences –http://www.slate.com/articles/technology/technolog… – harshly written but gets to the point). You are to use a minimum of 4 cases to support your claims throughout your paper. I
can’t stress to you enough that you should NOT have a case dump at the end of your paper. The cases
you find are to be used throughout your paper and used to support what you are talking about. Also, NO TITLE PAGE and NO REFERENCE PAGE. Your name can go in header, your title can be center justified on the first page or also in the header. I have no preference, but there is no need to dedicate a whole page for this information. Also, all citations are footnotes.
