3. INSTALL NETBEANS FROM ORACLE ON YOUR SYSTEM.
4. CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD A STARTER PROGRAM TO DO INPUT AND OUTPUT. SAVE THE FILE TO YOUR DESKTOP.
