Diagnosis of Schizophrenia Abilify Maintena and Invega Sustenna Questions

Drug Question:

Is there clinical justificaiton for administering Abilify Maintena every 3 weeks rather than every 4 weeks? Patient symptoms consistently become uncontrolled by week 3, but insurance will not pay early without evidence. If there is data for the same situation for Invega Sustenna, that would be helpful as this situation has come up in the past for both meds. Patient has a diagnoses of schizophrenia.
