Create a plan for a disaster-related public information announcement, designed as part of a Public Information and Warning campaign, for a specific population and threat condition. Identify all the critical factors, and how you would plan for delivery.

This project is to have you apply the concepts and guidance from the Coppola & Mahoney text and the lessons of Covello, Mileti, Sandman, etc., to an actual risk communication program that impacts an individual, community or population that you have in depth knowledge about.

You will be building into your plan many concepts – leadership, project management, Decision making, assessment and evaluation, as well as the communications theories and risk work.

My part is about poverty and homeless in New Orleans, Louisiana. I need apply all the above and provide details about how we deliver them. and how many homeless shelter.
