future of terrorism
Since the September, 2001, Al Qaeda attacks against the World Trade Center towers and the Pentagon that claimed over 3000 lives, interest in terrorism research has increased. After these attacks, the United States and other governments prioritized the scientific study of the causes of and responses to terrorism.
Today, the terrorist threat looks much different than it did right before 9-11. The U.S. counterterrorism community has dramatically ramped up its intelligence capabilities.
Write a 7- to 8-page paper on the future of terrorism in which you answer the following questions:
- What will the future terror attacks look like and what will be their method of destruction?
- What types of measures/strategies should be put in place to prevent future attacks?
Include a minimum of seven sources to support your findings.
Format your paper consistent with APA guidelines and include in-text citation. No plagerism.
