As a way of introducing yourselves to the instructor and your peers, please post the following:

• Your name and a description of your current position (If not employed, what are your expectations when you complete your program?)
• How do you see yourself applying knowledge from this course?

Answer one of the following questions:

• Imagine that you are working in one of the various areas of a hospital. Day after day, you notice the same problem coming up in your job that you have to “fix” every day. Based on your reading this week, what could you do? Describe your actions using the Performance Improvement terminology that you learned this week. Lastly, describe what you would do if you meet resistance to your suggestions or ideas.
