• Assessing and assuring the quality of care.
• Improving health at the international level.
For this discussion, choose one of the issues from the Top 10 list and offer at least two strategies to address it from an administrator’s perspective.

Comprehension: Why do the authors you cite believe there is evidence this change will occur? What is your logic for coming to your conclusion? What are the specific implications for healthcare if these changes take place?
Application: Give an example of one change and describe the consequences for its implementation. Your answer must be specific, not general.
Analysis: Based on your example, what are three key drivers / root causes for this change?
Synthesis: Offer a new way to view / comprehend / understand the change you describe. For the change to be successful what philosophical changes would need to take place in our culture for the idea to gain broad acceptance? Offer a new idea or way to change the system.
Evaluation: How / why is your new way of conceptualizing the change different than the way it is commonly viewed now? Any unintended consequences of a change in ideology?
