Immigration (legal) – how important has it been for the United States? (Consider economics and population growth.)

You will write one research paper, 3-5 pages, typed, double-spaced, in 12-point font (Times New Roman, Arial, or Courier). You should use 3 to 5 sources, and try to find at least 1 primary source.

Please use MLA format. You must cite your sources in-line, and you must have a Works Cited page. Place your Works Cited page on a separate page at the end of your research paper. I prefer that you do not use block quotes. However, even when you summarize or paraphrase from a source, you must cite that source in-line.
