From Chapter 16, discourse is a theoretical concept most associated with Foucault and can be defined as an institutionalized way of thinking and speaking. It sets the limits of what can be spoken and, most importantly, how something may be spoken of. Discourses are thus an exercise of power. Provide an example of such a discourse.
