I’m working on a health & medical multi-part question and need an explanation and answer to help me learn.

 

As a healthcare administrator, you are challenged to maintain a balance between many factors such as:

following the organizations mission & vision

managing costly state of the art technology needs for patient care

  • meeting patient & family expectations
  • As a leader within a healthcare organization, what is your strategy to meet the current demands listed above, provide staff the same fairness you are offering to patients (staff justice), and practice good judgement that involves justice and/or distributive justice to your patients & the overall organization. 
  • Hint: Keep in mind, as a leader you are a part of an elite team that makes decisions for the organization, which means you help make decisions on budgeting, allocating funds, strategy planning, and so much more.
