Lincoln and Emancipation

This is a research paper that needs a title page, the body
needs to be 1400 words in length, and the a reference page with 4 online
credible sources.  I will attach the criteria below. 

I have already done 300 words. I only need about about 1000 words words. I will attach the part I have already completed and the guidelines for the paper. Feel free to add anything or edit as per the guidlines provided.
