MTSAC Structural Functionalism Paper

Utilizing the Structural Functionalist Perspective given in our “Major Sociological Perspectives” Handout, demonstrate a firm grasp of the perspective by providing examples via the contemporary social issue of prostitution.  

In other words, what purpose (function) does prostitution serve in our society?  Who actually benefits?  Why?
