national league for nursing nln core values for bsn

The RN-BSN program is organized to align with the National League for Nursing’s Education Competencies Model for the Baccalaureate prepared nurse. The National League for Nursing (NLN) identifies core values which support integrating concepts embedded in the curriculum. The RN-BSN program courses are designed to educate and enlighten the student in a transformative manner to encourage growth into the professional nurse role.

The NLN core values and integrating concepts are reviewed in your student handbook available under the Syllabus tab in Canvas.

For this assignment, consider your passage through the RN-BSN program through the lens of these core values and concepts. Write a reflection discussing your transformation into a professional BSN prepared nurse. How do you incorporate the core NLN values into your nursing practice? How have the NLN integrating concepts supported the end of program outcomes in the RN-BSN program for you? Think of all the courses you have completed in this program and consider the impact each has had on your nursing practice. Use this reflection to help you prepare for your final capstone presentation during which you will focus on these issues but will have a limited time to discuss these matters.

THIS SUBMISSION SHOULD BE 3-4 PAGES (750 – 1000 WORDS) FOLLOWING APA FORMAT.
