The RN-BSN program is organized to align with the National League for Nursing’s Education Competencies Model for the Baccalaureate prepared nurse. The National League for Nursing (NLN) identifies core values which support integrating concepts embedded in the curriculum. The RN-BSN program courses are designed to educate and enlighten the student in a transformative manner to encourage growth into the professional nurse role.

Write a reflection discussing your transformation into a professional BSN prepared nurse. How do you incorporate the core NLN values into your nursing practice? How have the NLN integrating concepts supported the end of program outcomes in the RN-BSN program for you?
