or Part I of your final project, you will analyze how the country’s geographic, political, economic, socio-cultural, and technological environment affect its business practices and evaluate its viability for expanding a business in that country. You will briefly summarize your PEST analysis in a one-page executive summary, which you will share with the instructor and the members of your small group (to be assigned by Dr. Wright).

The executive summary should include:

  • Overview of the country  — include the most important aspects of the research that had the greatest impact on your decision and why
  • The decision — how you arrived at the decision and why
  • When drafting this document, write it in a way that tells the story of your company and the decision with support as to why you made this decision
