Submit a paper identifying the organization you selected for your final project and explaining why you chose that organization. State the organization’s operational goals and identify the key supply chain performance indicators it uses. You will also be looking into the organization’s best practices for integrated supply chain management.

In the second milestone of your final project, describe the supplier relationship management and customer relationship management practices utilized by your selected organization. You will also look for opportunities for improvement within those two areas as well as selecting appropriate tools and techniques for measuring key areas such as business risk, capabilities and capacities, workplace conditions, product quality and safety, security and environmental impact. You will discuss how these items impact the supply chain.
