I have a group presentation work which is based on Starbucks Case.

What were the primary trade-offs associated with these changes to store operations and organization design (e.g., organization structure, job design and training for baristas, sourcing of beans, etc.)?

d. How would you evaluate the efforts of Shultz and his senior leadership team to turnaround the company’s performance? What was the senior leadership team trying to achieve and how effective was the turnaround strategies?
