Troy University Foundations in Counseling Discussion

Chapter 2 focuses on the Trait and Factor Theory which assesses characteristics of a person and a job. For this weeks assignment, you are to describe the decision-making process that resulted in your enrollment in a graduate program in rehabilitation counseling; describe your work values, interests, personality traits, etc.as they relate to working as a counselor.  The format of your paper should be as follows:
