UCI The Best Way of Overcoming Ingroup Bias Discussion

This week we have learned different types of characteristics that influence group interaction.  The structure of groups, as well as the characteristics groups hold, can have a significant impact on micro and macro level patterns of behavior.  In particular, in-group bias can be as impactful as out-group bias.
