Read chapter 9 of the class textbook and review the attached PowerPoint presentation. Once done work on the following exercise.
1. Write your opinion on respecting and honoring the needs of those who have a culture that we are not familiar with and speak a different language.

- Identify and prioritize three critical elements for meeting cultural needs.
