U.S. citizens possess a variety of different tactics that they can utilize to impact the national government, either directly or indirectly. In your response, describe five of these tactics in detail and indicate how each of these represents either a direct or indirect means of empowering citizens in their relationship to his/her national government. Based upon your explanation, what does this tell us about genuine citizen empowerment vis-a-vis the United States national government.
