Walden University Change Management Plan Paper
Change is difficult for some employees and stakeholders; therefore, it is advantageous for leadership to develop a change management plan to address those concerns. A well-crafted plan should cover a number of areas such as the identification of key stakeholders and their role and function in carrying out a change initiative. Through the change management plan, leadership and management should be focused on obtaining employee/stakeholder support for engaging in a change effort. Such an approach could help leadership to minimize the amount of disruption that could occur as a result of resistant employees or other stakeholders.
