Which dimension (physical, social-emotional, mental, spiritual) do you rely on the most for your energy?
Identify the weakest of your four dimensions or the dimension that needs strengthening in order for you to be at your best.
Write at least one thing you can do to “sharpen the saw” in each of the four dimensions (body, heart, mind, and spirit) that is realistic for you to do every week.
