Imagine you are the Talent Management Director of an organization.
Create a 12- to 15-question manager/leader organizational development needs survey using Microsoft® Forms.
Include questions that ask leaders to evaluate their teams and team members, as well as to rate themselves. Questions could include items referring to:
specific job skills and competencies
employee qualifications and development needs
breadth of training offered, its availability and effectiveness
Respond to the following questions in an APA formatted survey summary paper.
Outline in 350 to 525 words what you hope to learn from the questions in your survey. Address specific questions and provide a rationale for selecting each
Summarize in 350 to 525 words why the questions in your survey will be helpful in determining training and recruiting needs if talent is not able to be developed in-house. Highlight specific questions from your survey as examples.
Include a hyperlink to your Microsoft Forms survey document (test and make sure it works).
If you chose to do so you can construct the survey as a word document. However the document must be structure and formatted as a survey.
Use APA format , include at least 2 references.
To submit your form to your instructor, click the “Preview” tab within Microsoft® Forms to enable submission. From there, click the “Share” tab and copy the link once your form is completed.
Be sure your survey is accessible for review.
Note: Under “Send and collect options” In Microsoft® Forms, make sure to select the “Anyone with the link can respond” option.
