PT 1 Final Individual Development Plan (IDP)

The purpose of this assignment is to complete the “Individual Development Plan” based on your mentoring or coaching experience.

For this assignment, review the “Individual Development Plan and Improvement Strategy Application” template, complete it, and submit it as directed. Use five to seven scholarly sources, including the textbook as one source. This template covers the following sections:

  • All information you have collected so far in your previous templated submissions. Be sure to incorporate updates, corrections, or further development based on previous instructor feedback.
  • A final evaluation of the success of the Individual Development Plan that is also informed by information you submitted in your Topic 6 “Self-Evaluation Reflection” assignment.
  • An evaluation of the effectiveness and success of the techniques used to fulfill the plan. Include any additional observations, results, or concerns that are not reflected in your previous submissions.
  • An evaluation of any suggestions or modifications you plan to employ in your future coaching or mentoring experiences.
  • An evaluation of leadership and motivation theories that can inspire followership in your mentor.
  • PT 2 Self reflection LOG
  • Complete the prompts for Topic 8 in your “T5-T8 Self-Reflection Log.” Use your experiences during this course drive your responses. Review and make sure all sections of your log are complete and reflect your mentoring experience, ensuring modifications are made prior to submitting the templated document for this topic.
