Deviant Behavior Discussion

I’m working on a Sociology question and need guidance to help me study.

When it comes to pornography, prostitution, and gambling, do you think any of these should be viewed as deviant behavior?  Why or why not in your personal opinion?  Should any ,or all of these,  be legal or illegal?  If you think any of these should be illegal, how should they be punished, specifically?
