Write a 1000-word essay explaining the data gathered on the previously selected NSI.

Create a visual display using that information and knowledge of common patient care workflows and the NSI-specific data and references. The visual display should be a single page reflecting a quality or patient safety improvement project based on the NSI and a brief explanation of the data and the outcome(s).

Data should contain no protected health information (PHI), and reflect a minimum of six (6) months and a maximum of twelve (12) months of time in the visual display. Visual display method is student’s choice but should be the most effective to visually present the data and information on the NSI selected in one graphic page, such as might be presented in a Quality group to inform others of the progress toward an improvement goal.

Essay Length: 1000 words maximum

Structure: Include a title page and reference page in APA style. These do not count towards the minimum word count for this assignment.

References: Use the appropriate APA style in-text citations and references for all resources utilized to answer the questions. Include at least three (3) scholarly sources to support your claims.
