A JOB THAT I HAVE HELD OR MANAGED IS AN INTERN IN A REAL ESTATE COMPANY IN ACQUISITIONS DEPARTMENT.

Select a job that you have held or managed, or that you would like to in the future. Explain in detail how you would go about attracting, evaluating, and selecting candidates for this position.

Create a presentation that clearly explains the following:

  • What sources would you use to attract potential applicants for the position?
  • How will you collect information from candidates in order to evaluate them? (e.g. interviews, simulations, previous performance)
  • How will you use the information you’ve gathered in order to decide who to hire? (e.g. selection criteria and weights, interview rating guide)
  • How will you make sure that you are complying with federal employment laws during the talent acquisition process?

After you have created your presentation materials, you will need to record a narrated delivery of the presentation.
