Thank you for helping me on the last one. I need help writing a white paper and a presentation to go along with it. I will attach the previous assignments plus the rubric and guidelines

For the White paper

Submit your capstone white paper, which should be a complete, polished artifact containing all of the critical elements of the final product. It should reflect the incorporation of feedback gained throughout the course on Milestones One through Four. The major headings of this paper should be:

1. Statement of the Problem
2. Application of Sociological Theory and Concepts
3. Application of Research Methodology
4. Literature Review
5. Conclusion

This capstone white paper should be specifically written to an audience consisting of the CEO and board of directors of the company in your scenario. Keep in mind that you will not receive an individual grade for this assignment, but that the two components of your final project, the white paper and the presentation, will be assessed together.

For the Presentation:

Submit your presentation, which should be a complete, polished artifact, summarizing all of the major sections of the white paper. You may use PowerPoint, Google Presentation (part of Google Drive), or any other professional presentation tool.

This presentation should be specifically written to middle managers of the company in the workplace scenario as the audience.
