The Chicago University First Draft of Action Plan Psychology Paper

Taking into consideration your group members’ feedback, submit the first draft of your emotional intelligence action plan. This draft should include:

  • Brief summary of your assessment results
  • Leadership competencies that will be developed
  • Identify and discuss implicit or cultural biases that are relevant to your action plan
  • Completion of the steps of your chosen EI leadership development model
  • SMART (specific, measurable, actionable, relevant, and time-bound) goals on how to develop leadership competencies and remedy the identified biases

First-person language is acceptable, but should be used sparingly.
