DQ Adult Health III Cardiac

You are working in the hospital and have been floated from the medical-surgical unit to the telemetry/cardiac unit, and you are given a quick orientation to the unit. A call light comes on. The other nurses are occupied in rooms, so you answered the call light of an unknown client. The client complains of sudden onset “tearing and ripping” pain in the abdomen, nausea, dizziness, stiff neck, and difficulty breathing.
