Answer these questions:
1-Do you find you are more likely to get sick when your stress level is high?
2_What would it be like to have no stress. Imaging switching places with a well-fed, much-loved, pampered house cat. Would that appeal to you? Do you sometimes do things that intentionally bring stress into your life?
3_Have you known someone with PTSD? Did the person mirror the description of psychological problems listed in the text?
