Culturally competent supervision calls for the supervisor to be  aware of and sensitive to many cultural differences. 

Create a composite of a culturally competent  supervisor. Illustrate the skills that this supervisor possesses by providing  explicit examples of how the supervisor uses these skills with supervisees.  Explain the cultural elements that may interfere with the supervisory  relationship.  Present your ideas based on the readings and  your own experience of what constitutes culturally competent counseling  supervision.
